		<description>I host a few sites with Dreamhost. It is kind of a get-what-you-pay-for situation. To find a proper middle ground, I moved all of my e-mail to Google Apps (with IMAP), keeping my sites and file-backup on Dreamhost. 

An interesting quandary is your complaint about Northwest overselling tickets. Dreamhost and its competitors get by through the overselling of storage and bandwidth.</description>
