While looking for a place to eat that evening, a coworker and I stumbled across Thalia on Eighth Avenue. I ordered the salmon with cucumber risotto as it struck me as a somewhat odd combination. (That said, a search on Google suggests it's fairly common.) Not only was the meal very good, it was reasonably priced as well.
